A payment plan allows you to settle your account balance through scheduled instalments, helping you avoid further collection action.
If you're unable to pay your full municipal bill, you can sign an Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD) and arrange a payment plan based on an amount you can reasonably afford.
Who can apply?
Customers who are unable to pay their monthly municipal account may qualify for an affordable payment arrangement.
